Altitude Rewards

Tip: If you add your loyalty account at checkout, your receipt is automatically emailed (when an email address is on file), and includes a secure link to a digital receipt.

1) Eligibility. The Altitude Rewards Program ("Program") is offered by Altitude Vend Co ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Membership is free and available to individuals age 18+ with a valid phone number or email address. One account per person.

2) Earning Points. Members earn 1 point per $1 spent (pre-tax, after discounts), rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Points are awarded only after successful payment. Points have no cash value and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

3) Redeeming Points. Points may be redeemed for rewards listed on this page (or as otherwise offered). Rewards may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, redemption caps, and non-stacking rules. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred.

4) Tiers & Benefits. Tiers (Runway, Cruising, First Class) and their thresholds/benefits are promotional and may change. Tier qualification is based on lifetime activity and is determined by our records.

5) Coupons & Promotions. From time to time, members may receive coupons (including scannable barcodes) or click-to-activate promotions. Offers may have expiration dates, usage limits, product/location restrictions, and may not be combined with other discounts.

6) Account Responsibility. Members are responsible for keeping contact details accurate and for any activity associated with their account. We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

7) Expiration & Program Changes. Points may expire after a period of inactivity. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including point values, rewards, tiers, and eligibility) at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

8) Limitation of Liability. We are not responsible for errors, delays, outages, or unauthorized access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to the Program is limited to the value of any unredeemed rewards properly earned.

1) What we collect. When you join Altitude Rewards or use our kiosks, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, purchase and points history, and basic device/usage data for our digital pages (e.g., receipts and promotion activations).

2) How we use information. We use your information to operate the Program, award and redeem points, deliver receipts, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and send promotional communications (where permitted).

3) Payments. Card payments are processed by our payment processor (e.g., Square). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

4) Marketing communications. We may send marketing emails about offers and promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages. Transactional messages (like receipts) may still be sent when needed.

5) Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics, payment processing) only as necessary to provide our services.

6) Retention. We retain information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7) Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8) Your choices. You may request access, corrections, or deletion of your loyalty account by contacting support@altitudevendco.com.

9) Updates. We may update this Policy periodically and will post the updated version here.
